The energy, vivacity and fervour of Asia and its many individual cultures and festivals are vast in scope, and difficult to contain or represent in one single image.
How could one go about doing this?
By focusing on many smaller, individual elements, we begin to see a bigger picture forming, and come some way to understanding how Asia is the sum of it’s many glorious parts.
And that deserves to be celebrated
The overall design is visible only from a distance.
